i say run the stock cdi. looking at your mods you would be making peak hp at or below 8000, so why the hel would you want to rev it past the stock rev limit of 9800? at the rate your mods would be falling off in hp after 8000 you would be making 20 hp or less 2 10800rpm. thats why these things have transmisions and shifters so you can keep them in the meat of the powerband.
search some old dyno testing (including mixxers) when he tested a procom it made less power then the stock cdi. my personal testing showed 1hp gain on curve 1 with the dynatec at peak hp but less power from 7300 and below and my quad was slower in drag races.
if you have a head, intake, cam, and exhaust that will allow your motor to make power passed 9000 rpm then look at a new cdi till then save your money and run the stock box. the money that an aftermarket cdi will cost could be much better spent at this point.
